Romesco-Octopus

Ingredients:

  • 70 gr. florin peppers
  • 12,5 gr. almonds
  • 4 gr. garlic
  • 2 gr. toast
  • 6,5 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 2,5 gr. sugar
  • 1,5 gr. salt
  • 0,5 gr. bukovo (chilli flakes)
  • 1,5 gr. smoked paprika
  • 10 gr. baked tomato

 

Roast the peppers on the grill and peel them. Blend them together with all the other ingredients, except the olive oil. Once they are well blended, add the oil and beat until incorporated.

Octopus on the grill

Ingredients:

  • 60 gr. octopus
  • 3 gr. Worchester sauce
  • 5 gr. Soy sauce
  • 1 lemongrass
  • Grated pepper
  • Marinate for 2 minutes and cook on the grill.
