Ingredients:
- 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 25 gr onion
- 15 gr celery
- 15 gr potato
- 160 gr broccoli
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr salt
- 0,5 gr ground pepper
- 300 ml vegetable stock/broth (you can use water instead)
- 14 gr spinach
- 1 gr nutritional yeast
First you cut the stick/torso of the broccoli into small pieces (keep the brunches/peaks for later). You sauté the ingredients from 1 to 8 (here we use the stick/torso of the broccoli) until soft. Then add the stock and when it comes in boil you add the rest of the broccoli. Let it boil for about 20 minutes and add the spinach. Stir it for a couple of minutes and turn of the heat. Finally, add the nutritional yeast and blend until it gets creamy.
